How should macarons be stored?
5 days in the refrigerator or 2 months in the freezer.
Are macarons gluten free?
Yes, with the exception of a few of our cookie based flavors ( cookies & cream, cookie dough, birthday cake, etc.) Please check our flavors
page for more information!
Do you create custom orders?
Yes, we can accept orders by the dozen (one flavor + design/ per dozen.) Please contact us to check for availability.
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
Orders should be placed at least 1-2 weeks in advance, but please remember that our schedule can quickly fill up so it is best to place orders as soon as possible.
Are macarons dairy free?
No, our macaron fillings are ganache and buttercream based, so they will contain dairy.
Are macarons nut free?
No, all macarons are made with almond flour and some flavors may include nuts like chocolate hazelnut, pistachio, etc. Please check our flavors

How do I care for macarons?
Macarons are extremely fragile and may be crushed under small amounts of pressure. Small boxes are complimentary for purchases of 6 macarons and large boxes are complimentary for purchases of 12 macarons.
Can macarons be left out at room temperature?
Yes, macarons can be left out at room temperature for an event, however, since our fillings are ganache (chocolate) based they will melt under hot temperatures. 70 degrees Fahrenheit would be a comfortable temperature for macaron displays.
Payment/Invoices
We send invoices via Square, but we also accept payment via Venmo! Invoices will have their due dates listed. It is the customers responsibility to pay their invoice in a timely manner, (Square will send a notification reminder.) Unpaid invoices will be cancelled.
Communication
It is usually best to text us (949) 334-7157 or email us bunjourbaking@gmail.com. We have our mixer running all day and oftentimes miss phone calls. We will get back to you as soon as possible on weekdays from 8am-5pm.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you cancel one week in advance from your due date, we can issue a full refund. Orders cancelled within the same week will not be refunded.
